Into the Grave 2018!

Despite its young age, having started only in 2011, Into The Grave has earned a phenomenal reputation among metalheads all over the world. Taking place with the beautiful and historical city of Leeuwarden as its backdrop, Into the Grave has what is, perhaps, the most jaw-dropping location of any event of this kind. Here the fans are not merely stopping by the city on the way to the festival… the city itself is the festival.

Just like in previous years the festival had headliners of the size of Megadeth, Slayer, and Kreator, this new edition will not disappoint, presenting amazing acts throughout two days of pure metal.

While Gojira and Behemoth, who headline this festival, are more than a good enough reason to not miss this spectacular show, they are far from the only great acts. Indeed, Delain, Children of Bodom, Orden Ogan, At The Gates, and many more amazing metal bands will deliver powerful performances in this historic city.

There are still some tickets available, so GO GET THEM before they sell out!

For some logistical information (such as where to spend the night, how to get there, and even how much you’ll have to spend to get some well-deserved drinks during this amazing metal party, just head to the official site of the Into The Grave Festival to get all the necessary info!

See you in Leeuwarden!

J Salmeron
Considered by his mother as the brightest and prettiest boy, J's interest in metal started in his early teens, listening to bands like Iron Maiden and Metallica (coupled with an embarrassing period in which Marilyn Manson "totally represents me, man") eventually moving into the realm of power, black, and death metal. He is a practicing attorney, and a lecturer on commercial law. He is also a terrible guitar player and martial artist, and someone who enjoys coming up with excuses as to why he has to miss work after going to a concert. He also dabbles as a concert photographer, you can see his sub-par work on his instagram.
