Greetings fellow metalheads, it’s that time of the year again! Wacken Open Air Festival is nearly upon us.

The 2019 edition of Wacken Open Air promises to continue on the path of excellence that this amazing festival has created in years past. The 30th anniversary of this amazing festival will certainly be one for the ages!
And Wacken isn’t the only one celebrating landmarks this year! Sabaton will hit the stage to celebrate their 20th anniversary, while Slayer says goodbye to Wacken as part of their farewell tour. Of course, that’s not all, as the likes of Demons & Wizards, Parkway Drive, Airbourne, Dark Funeral, Saxon and Hammerfall will also take part in the heavy metal assault that we have come to expect from Wacken. Of course, the billing goes on far, far longer than that, and you should check it out, as it is constantly being updated.
