Greetings fellow metalheads, it’s that time of the year again! Fortarock is nearly upon us.

After a one year hiatus, and a fantastic comeback in 2018, the 2019 edition of Fortarock promises to continue on the path of excellence that this amazing festival has created in years past. With truly amazing bands descending upon Nijmegen, there’s no doubt that this new edition, just like all the past ones, will be truly memorable.

The lineup for this new edition is as excellent as ever, with headliners Amon Amarth and Behemoth being in charge of closing each day of the festival, and bands like Myrkur, Hammerfall, Children of Bodom and Amorphis being in charge of delivering the heavy metal assault that we have come to expect from Fortarock.
