In November of this year Diablo Swing Orchestra will release their long-awaited 5th studio album, Swagger and Stroll Down the Rabbit Hole, the follow up to 2017’s Pacifisticuffs. Although we haven’t heard anything from this album yet, if  DSO‘s discography if anything to go by, we can only expect the unexpected.

Preparing for this release, we got in touch with Daniel Hakansson, founder, guitarist, and singer (one of several!) of DSO. Besides discussing some of what we can look forward to in this upcoming release, Daniel took us back to the early days of DSO, as well as to his own musical origins, to reminisce about how waking up to bagpipes can end up changing your life.
